This colorful hand- made glass house is one of Orlando’s most unique venues. Nestled on the East side of Orlando, Florida and located in the Lake Nona area, just minutes from Orlando International Airport. The venue offers some of the most brilliant backdrops in the area. After your wedding you are just steps away from Canvas a lovely restaurant overlooking the water or sister restaurant Chroma.
Created by Tom Fruin, this beautiful art installation is located in Lake Nona’s Laureate Park, close to Canvas Restaurant and Lake House. Fruin is a Brooklyn-based artist, and his stained glass kaleidoscope houses can be found in unsuspecting places all over the world.
The piece uses reclaimed materials, aiming to bring attention to overlooked local landmarks. It pulls inspiration from urban design and American folk art, while still keeping the ethereal feel of stained glass.
Have your reception at Canvas which is steps from the Glass House or at its sister restaurant Chroma.
