Are you looking for a basic - not too many frills beach wedding? Then our basic Cocoa Beach package is for you... you walk onto the beach with the licensed officiant and perform the service.

Cocoa Beach is the undisputed surf capital of Florida's East coast and was voted the best beach on the Atlantic Coast in 2015. It is only an hour's drive from the major theme parks.

Cocoa beach provides a dramatic, beautiful setting for your Florida beach wedding with its wide beautiful beaches, long boardwalks and old wooden lifeguard stands.

We offer Lori Wilson Park access to Cocoa Beach. It has golden sand, blue waters, palm trees and romantic wooden boardwalks leading to Cocoa Beach. The beautiful sand dunes provide the perfect backdrop for your photographs and video.


The Hilton Cocoa Beach, next door to Lori Wilson Park can provide day rooms for couples who wish to use a hotel room to get ready for their wedding (subject to availability).

Wedding Days and Times

  • Weddings are perfomed on Monday to Thursday

  • Nov to April -  11am - 3pm

  • May to October: Noon and 4pm and later

  • July and August: Weddings are not offered due to the heat

  • The Hilton Cocoa Beach can offer lunch and dinner receptions, just a short walk from the beach (please email for current pricing).

Wedding Transportation


For the most important day of your life, you deserve the dignity, luxury, personal attention and privacy only a chauffeur driven by our preferred Transportation company will do. From Limos, Stretch Limos, Classic Car and even a jaguar for the groom to arrive in!

We may not be the cheapest but we pride ourselves on using a reliable company that we have used for over 15 years. Our transporation company provides a prompt, comfortable, stylish and professional look. The standard limo holds 8 people and comes with a just married sign and one bottle of non alcholic champangne.

Please note the 3 hour limousine hire in our package is designed for couples staying in Hotels only within the I Drive, Lake Buena Vista and Disney Areas.

If in a Hotel on 192 or further out - you should arrange a 4 hour limo hire. This way you are not rushed on your wedding day.

We can offer simple hand-tied arrangements to large bouquets and centerpieces for your wedding reception. The most popular style of bouquet right now is a hand-tied arrangement. The choice of colors is entirely your choice- the only colors not available are pure white, blue, green and coral. Please note we deliver all flowers to your wedding location. We can deliver them to your accommodation for an additional charge.

If you are having a Wizardly wedding your flowers will be delivered the day before wedding.

Wedding Hair & Make up

Our Team of hair stylists who are based in Orlando, offer their services in the comfort of your chosen accommodation and have been provding services to our brides for over 16 years. Please note if you are staying at the JW Marriott, Ritz Carlton, Hard Rock Hotel, Orlando Marriott, WDW Swan or Dolphin Hotel, Omni Championsgate, any of the Universal Hotels there is an additional charge of $20.00 to be given in cash to the hairdresser for the paid parking.

The prices on our add-ons are based on your staying in and getting married in the Orlando Area.

Our service is a styling and makeup service. We recommend that brides have a dry run at home and bring lots of photos with you for us to replicate.

We do not offer Hair Extention services as this is a very long process and our team does not have the time to do this - you should go to a salon and have these put in for you.

Your hair must be washed and dried so that our team can style your hair.

Makeup services - they bring the makeup with them. However, if you wish them to use your make up please let them know on the day.

Wedding Day Decor & special touches

Just because your having a small wedding does not mean that your wedding can't reflect the decor and theme you would like for your wedding day. We can offer wedding bubbles, gifts on chairs, wedding favors etc.

Wedding Ceremony Music

Music adds to the beauty of a wedding. From the classic tone of a violin or flute to the elegance of a harp. Due to most of our weddings being in large open spaces - violin, flute or harp work the best for sound.

We do hire out our wireless speak, but you cannot always here it due to large open spaces and outside noises.

Wedding Photography

Professional photography is a very important part of any wedding and our award winning photographers will capture every part of your wedding ceremony. - from your arrival, entrance into ceremony, after wedding photos including cake cutting.

Our photographer shoots for approx 1 hour. Couples will recieve a viewing link via email to view and print images from.

They shoot approx 60 shots - but it really depends on the size of the party.

Wedding Cakes, Drinks and more

Cakes - We personally order, collect, deliver and set up your food platters & cake (Orlando only). Choose from a simple 7" to a more elaborate cake. The standard cake offered is a sponge cake with buttercream icing all in cream. If you want something else, then please see

We do also offer the following

Cake flavor- Vanilla, Chocolate, Marble, and 1/2( Vanilla/ Chocolate )

Filling - Fresh Strawberries, Hazelnut Cream Cheese, Italian Rum, Raspberry, Rum Pecan, Dulce de Leche, Vanilla Custard ,Cannoli Cream, and Chocolate Pudding - pricing available upon request.

Drinks - We offer a choice of drinks from Non Alcoholic choices, to juices and sodas. Leu Gardens and Cypress Grove - only Non-Alcoholic choices are permitted due to local Florida regulations. See your particular venue for selections available. Looking for something particular let us know and we will find it for you and let you know the price.

Food - this varies from venue to venue -This is a great enhancement to your wedding and a great way to say "Thank you" to your guests for traveling and attending your wedding.

There is a minimum number for the platters, however, should your party fall short of this number, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quote for your size party.
